Drug classes studied include bile acid sequestrant resins, nicotinic acid, HMG CoA reductase inhibitors, cholesterol absorption inhibitors, and fibric acid derivatives as well as novel lipid-lowering agents. Her clinical research has included Phase 2 through Phase 4 studies as well as outcome studies.
Dr. Goldberg has over 500 active private patients with a wide variety of lipid disorders.
