Myocardial function and free fatty acid metabolism in HIV-metabolic syndrome (Heart function/metabolism HIV study)
This study will evaluate heart metabolism and function in volunteers with HIV who have developed high blood sugars, high cholesterol, or a large abdomen (metabolic syndrome).
